Support for Parents
Each PDELA student is assigned an Instructional Master Teacher who communicates with the parent educator to review the student’s progress. All of PDELA’s Instructional Master Teachers are certified by the state of Pennsylvania. They provide regular updates on student progress to the parent and develop the child educationally via e-mail, webcast, fax, telephone, etc. Parents and students may also meet with Master Teachers in person. PDELA also provides a telephone Help Desk to ensure that learning opportunities will not be interrupted by technical issues and difficulties.
